Rush Service – 10% additional charge for rush orders.

Shipping – Small orders are shipped post, otherwise Fedex is our carrier of choice, we do get preferred rates based on our volume. We will ship using your account number if you prefer. As we ship from Canada orders shipped to USA are not recommended to ship UPS as they will charge clearing fees.
Imported Orders – Allow 4 weeks (Air Freight) and twelve weeks (By Sea) from the time artwork proofs are approved and received by us with payment in full.

As all domestic items are hand made there may be small deviations between each piece.

Art work is required in a clean high resolution file, most file formats are acceptable.
Examples are .ai .eps .pdf .cdr .tiff .gif .jpg

Simple art can be supplied by us at no charge, we decide what simple is.
Basically if we can create or design something for you in 10 minutes or less, it is free .

We reserve the right to refuse any orders, we have a sense of humor "but" please don't cross the line.

All orders must be pre paid, we extend credit to no one, we have a deal with the bank, they don't make pins and we don't lend money.

For repeat orders please supply the name the previous order was billed as.

All artwork submitted by the customer for use by us will be considered as being submitted in full compliance with all applicable laws regarding trademark, service mark, copyright, right of privacy, patent or similar protection.
The customer, by submitting such copy or other material, represents that the use thereof by lapel.biz on the products ordered will not violate any such laws, and we disclaim any and all liability for compliance with such laws in the use of the customer's copy or other material.
The customer hereby agrees to hold lapel.biz harmless to any damages, costs, and/or expenses that may arise from any and all actions as consequence of lapel.biz use of said copy or other material or the operations undertaken by fulfilling the customer's order.

We reserve the right to use all products in our advertising and displays unless advised in writing by the customer.

Federal law requires that all imported items bear the Made in China mark somewhere on the product. We will normally add a small sticker to the packaging instead of the product.
